Return & Exchange Policy for 3RDWAVEDRIP

1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
• Items must be returned or exchanged within 24 hours of delivery.
• To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Sale, clearance, limited-edition, or customised items (e.g., made-to-order prints, collaborations) are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Items marked as “Final Drop” or “Limited Edition – no returns” are excluded from this policy.

2. When We Offer Exchanges
• We allow an exchange when you want a different size or colour of the same item, provided stock is available.
• For defective or incorrect items (wrong product shipped), please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
• For change-of-mind exchanges (fit/colour) within 14 days: you pay the return shipping, we’ll ship the replacement once your original item is received and approved.

3. When We Offer Returns (Refunds or Store Credit)
• We only offer returns (for a refund or store credit) for items that are defective, damaged or incorrect per our fault.
• For eligible returns: after we receive the item and inspect it, refunds are processed to the original payment method Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect.

4. Shipping Costs & Who Pays What
• For defective/incorrect items: we cover return shipping and forward shipping of replacement.
• For change-of-mind exchanges/returns: you will pay the return shipping cost; any new shipping fees (if applicable) for the replacement are your responsibility.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defect.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
• Contact our customer service team at support@3rdwavedrip.com (or whatever your email is) with your order number, item(s) to return/exchange, reason, and photo(s) if defective.
• We will reply within 1-2 business days with instructions: a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number, return address, and shipping label (if covered).
• Affix the RMA number on the package, send it back in original packaging, and keep proof of postage/tracking.

6. Inspection & Processing
• Once we receive the returned item, we inspect it to ensure it meets eligibility (unused condition, tags, etc).
• If approved, we’ll issue the exchange or refund/credit within 5-10 business days.
• If rejected (e.g., item shows wear, tags missing, altered), we will return the item at your cost or notify you if we’re unable to process the return/exchange.

7. Limitations & Exceptions
• Custom-made items, personalised prints, collaborations, limited drops – these are non-eligible for returns/exchanges, unless defective.
• Items purchased as gift cards or store credit are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to deny a return/exchange if the item doesn’t meet the conditions above.
• We reserve the right to change this policy at any time; the policy applicable to your order will be the version in force at time of purchase.

8. Fit & Style Disclaimer
• Please review our size chart carefully and contact us if unsure before purchasing. Because of unique cuts and streetwear design (vintage-futuristic techwear), fit can vary.

• Colour tones may vary slightly from how they appear on screen due to lighting, monitors, fabrics — we do our best but can’t guarantee perfect match.
